Jake spent his days worrying about other people’s to-do lists. Even at home, he was plugged in — working from his phone while holding his baby girl. Over time, Jake realized he wanted his life to look different.

Jake had been on a quest for a quick fix. But he soon discovered that no single system works for every business. Through SYCB, he learned a framework for creating systems specifically for his business — and gained the know-how to get them up and running.
Present, Not Perfect
Jake is learning to let go and delegate. With systems in place and a team he trusts, he can deliver results for clients — and spend time with his family. Jake has doubled the time he spends with his daughter in the evenings and goes on more intentional dates with his wife.
